My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2022

Hello dear friends!

I wasn't feeling well today. Glad the caregiver of my aunt came this morning. So I am just assisting her in taking care of my aunt. I have only minimal activity today. I was sneezing and my cough is dry due to sudden change of the weather. It's sunny and warm in the morning then suddenly the rain begin to pour in the afternoon. All of us are coughing. My head aches too. Hope it will be gone too soon. Being sick is really hard especially for me. My aunt depends on me in checking her blood sugar and in injecting her insulin. So even if I am not feeling well. I still have to get up in bed early in the morning. Blood sugar level needs to be checked before she could eat her breakfast. My eyes are relly tired wanting to close. I haven't posted yesterday's report in actifit because I fell asleep as soon as I lay down.


Sharing to you what I cooked for dinner last night. We still have some leftover, so we ate them for breakfast this morning.
