20500 steps and 2500 Kcal deficit (German below)

Hello friends,

A year ago I would never have believed that you can lose so much weight in such a short time, with such a large deficit and still be so powerful.
I was afraid that one would be tired, weary and flabby. But I'm fine, I sleep between 4 and 5 hours as before and work relatively long hours, also as before.
I'm almost tempted to keep this game going for a while longer. We'll see how long it goes on.

Vor einem Jahr hätte ich niemals geglaubt, dass man soviel in so kurzer Zeit abnehmen kann, bei einem so großen Defizit und dabei noch so leistungsfähig ist.
Ich hatte befürchtet, dass man dann müde, abgeschlagen und schlapp ist. Aber mir geht es gut, ich schlafe wie vorher zwischen 4 und 5 Stunden und arbeite relativ lange, auch wie vorher.
Ich bin fast versucht, dieses Spiel noch eine Weile weiterzutreiben. Mal sehen, wie lange es noch geht.
