My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2022

19800 steps and 2600 Kcal deficit (german below)

Hello friends,

I think I should look for a holiday calendar for the Dominican Republic.
They don't know Pentecost here, so they don't know Whit Monday either. And you also have a good illustration of the depth of my integration into this country.
What the heck,
For me, it will always be the land of power outages and general noise-making.
And, of course, the country where I could easily pull off a weight loss marathon.
I'm slowly getting the hang of walking, too; I want to stay in fat-burning mode as much as possible there and not destroy even more muscle in the cardio area. At least that's how I understand it.
But let's see how long I can keep it up there anyway.

Ich glaube, ich sollte mir doch mal einen Feiertagskalender für die Dominikanische Republik raussuchen.
Die kennen hier gar kein Pfingsten, also auch kein Pfingstmontag. Und ihr habt damit auch ein gutes Anschauungsstück von der Tiefe meiner Integration in dieses Land.
Was solls,
für mich wird es immer das Land der Stromausfälle und des allgemeinen Krachmachens sein.
Und natürlich das Land, in dem ich leicht ein Abnehm-Marathon durchziehen konnte.
So langsam habe ich auch beim Gehen den Bogen raus; ich will da so weit wie geht im Fettverbrennungsmodus bleiben und nicht im Cardiobereich noch mehr Muskeln vernichten. So habe ich das jedenfalls verstanden.
Aber mal sehen, wie lange ich da überhaupt noch durchhalte.
