My Actifit Report Card: August 16 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #116
A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
After a sudden night of rain the good weather is back to rule over the city of Naples. The humidity is skyrocketing again and soon the air conditioner is back on again.
In the afternoon of are touched peaks of 72% of humidity that with a temperature above 30 degrees makes the air unbreathable. But it is also the ideal condition to go jogging even if you sweat as soon as you start to walk.
Behind the Apennines have resurfaced the plumes of clouds, time is constantly evolving. It seems that a remarkable Atlantic perturbation is approaching and that it will recall for a couple of days the African anticyclone. I mean, summer is hard to die.
Slowly I am resuming the sustained aerobic activity in order not to lose muscle tone. The body benefits from continuous walking and also the mind in turn celebrates the living life. With today are 116 iamalivechallenge always with the wind in the stern.
While I return home I take this wonderful photo of the structure Somma-Vesuvio. Too bad that the details are blurred by the high degree of humidity. From here you can see how urbanization has gone too far under the volcano nicknamed the exterminator. And, as you can see from the crane at his feet, despite everything that is still being built.
