My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge - IAAC #101

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

In the house by the sea, at night, the temperature was very pleasant and reconciled sleep. I woke up early and immediately took the road to the beach to take several baths.

After a while, I set out on the shore to see if there was an influx of people on the beach. On Sunday there are only families with children as the modern youth love to sleep late and let us enjoy the best hours of the sea.

At a certain point I found the road blocked. Not bad was the opportunity to stop for a drink at the gazebo.

When the sun was very high in the sky they called me from home which was almost ready at the table. Today the lunch was really plentiful and here I took a picture of this succulent glove of stuffed cannelloni before it ended up a victim of our forks for a well-deserved encore.

In my sister’s villa by the sea, a street cat has married, which also seems to be of Siamese breed. She’s pregnant at a very advanced stage and has all the symptoms of an upcoming birth. Of course, with his meowing he was able to win the hearts of all.

Today it is really hot and the forecast of possible rains has turned into a nightmare of heat and heat. But with 2 pools available I could combat the discomfort caused by the increase in temperatures.

The heat wave on the Mediterranean shows no signs of weakening and in the coming days a new intensification of temperatures and heat is expected. It promises an August of fire with an African anticyclone that is ready to give us battle.

Now just think about the heat! It’s time to go home and my Iamalivechallenge 101 is about to end in a week that is unfortunately over. Tomorrow we return to the usual routine and, I recommend, do not forget to attend the Hive Power UP day since the month of August.

Wow thank you for the lovely beach photos! It's rainy season where I am, but the rain is not consistent. Mostly it's still hot and warm. Wish I live nearer the beach areas. Happy week ahead! Happy new month!

Hi live next to sea but I have to do many miles to have the opportunity to swim. There is no chip structure in Neaples. They are all for billionaire 😅😅 Hey, here we have no rain from long time. This is city of sun! In your country I think is better to live far from sea, is it true?
