My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2022 - We are Alive IAAC #11 - Hard long road to summer fitness

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

I skipped my weekly Sunday lunch at my sister's today because she had all of her family affected by the flu and I have to say, maybe, it's a sign of fate that helped me save to eat thousands of calories.

The feast day lunch in Naples is a real banquet that competes with the wedding ones in number of dishes and duration. We sit at the table for at least 4 hours.

So this Sunday I rested a bit but I should get back into my rhythm as early as tomorrow. Summer is approaching and there are only about 50 days left in June. I have set myself the goal of losing at least 10 kg. I'm one kg every 5 days shouldn't be a mission impossible.

Since I am always reluctant to do diets I will not procrastinate and I will start it directly tomorrow. And if I eat too much, I will increase the km of footing to be covered every day.

Tonight I went down to do a few miles, to maintain muscle tone and to tell you that I am increasingly #alive and determined to participate in thousands of #IAmAliveChallenge.
