I finished a bike rollers cycling session that lasted about 0hh:43mm:0ss

Hello Hive!

On Sunday 5 February afternoon I trained my self on the bike rollers. After 10 minutes in slow mode, I repeated a two-step interval: 5 minutes, one half medium-high intensity mode and the other one medium intensity mode. The last 10 minutes with a trend-up intensity. Then, a few minutes in slow mode before ending the session.
