Unusual wine kebab [EN]

Anyone who loves pork has at least once in his life tried to cook wine kebab. Mine, on the other hand, due to an urgent need, after work, for something cooked turned out a little different. If you want, you can try my way, or the classic recipe. First, cut 500 grams of pork into small pieces. Leave them for a few hours, stay in a bowl, pour enough beer to cover them. After an hour or two, remove the meat and fry it with a little butter, a little vodka about 50 grams. When the alcohol evaporates, if you prefer, you can before that, add a few bay leaves, black pepper, grated onion and carrot. Personally, I add them after that, because I have a small child at home and I prefer the alcohol evaporated if its not in a glass of course :D . Add reduced tomato juice from freshly ground tomatoes, if you do not have them, you can also use canned and a glass of red wine. Leave to boil for 10 minutes, then add 2-3 medium-sized potatoes, finely chopped. In case your mixture looks watery, you can add a few tablespoons of flour. Boil until the products are ready. Serve with finely chopped fresh parsley. Personally, because of the little one, I make a little mashed potatoes separately, because he loves potatoes very much.

Bon Apertit!
