The Quarantine learning
Today, I will share with you one of the reflections that the experience of living in quarantine has left me ... I hope you find it to your liking and useful in case you feel strange....
Without further ado, I begin my reflection:
In quarantine we have verified the importance of the things that perhaps we had taken for granted:
It doesn't matter how much economic wealth you have if you don't have someone to share it with. Freedom is priceless, and sometimes we only learn to appreciate it when we are deprived of it.
We learned to value the people we have around us and we miss the opportunities to give someone a hug and even a handshake that is quite necessary in these times.
Receiving the sun's rays after all, is not as terrible as we think, and that the green of the gardens or the sound of the birds in the park, are the most beautiful things that your being can experience.
Unquestionably, we are not as powerful as we think, in fact, we are so vulnerable that we run to hide at the first change because we fear that that situation will arrive at our door that reminds us how fragile life is.
We understood that only as a team can we go as far as we want and that patience is an attitude that we must put into practice more often in order to cope with adversity.
Our time is the most valuable resource we have. And many times, by being immersed in the routine, we forget to administer it correctly.
But, above all, we understood that living one day at a time can be a powerful tool to avoid falling into the feeling of anguish caused by the uncertainty of not knowing what destiny has in store for us.
I'm sure that when this is all over, nothing will ever be the same again. We value the simple things in life much more, such as the hug of a loved one, going out with friends, even the feeling of the wind on our face. Doing it this way, our memories will be super unforgettable...
Thank you very much for reading my post..
I upvoted you, thank you for posting! 👍
You said it right dear, people learnt alot in this period, just as this period has been given a new name" the New normal" which I have personally disagree with the name because I believe only change is constant, with time will still get to forget about the rampage of this virus on planet earth just like when it happened during the Spanish flu, I personally learnt how to manage the little one I have because tomorrow is not sure nobody believed that covid would exist in fact it was during the covid period That I started hearing the words like quarantine, during this. I learnt some skills which I never believed that I would on a norms, so I'm trying to say in essence that no matter the situation something good can actually come out from it.
