Making Stir Fry Spaghetti with Suya

Making stir fry spaghetti is one of the easiest things to do when cooking. It's all about boiling and frying mildly.
The rest is up to your skill and ensuring the pasta doesn't get soggy.

Follow these steps and you'll make an awesome stir fry pasta.

`Ingredients'

  • Spaghetti
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Green pepper
  • Curry
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Seasoning cubes
  • Pepper
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped carrot
  • sausage
  • vegetable oil or canola oil

First chop all the vegetables to a shape you prefer. Diced or lenghty.

Put some water in a pot to boil and add some salt to it. Once the water boils, put the pastat into the boiling water.

You can cover the put with the lid to make it faster.

Simultaneously, put some oil in a frying pan. Add some curry to it then begin to add the vegetables inside to fry slightly including the pepper with thyme,salt and seasoning cubes(x2).

Stir it on low heat for a bit then add the suya meat last before turning it off.

By now the pasta should have boiled. Sieve the water completely but add a little water into the pot to steamer a little bit.

Pour the sauce into the pasta.

Then mix it until the sauce is settled in fully. Then cover the pot and let it steam on low it or about 3 - 4 minutes.

The stir fry spaghetti is ready for serving
