You captured a lot of my sentiments, it was the same 9-5 ish that made me stop posting 3 years ago. I couldn't balance it out.
I had to pick one lane btw a job and blogging so I can have a stable footing in the real world, now I'm in a better mental space to resume posting. I've been posting regularly now for about 2 months.
I've noticed your consistency. It's really not easy to be honest. I've deployed scheduling as a solution. It's also not easy but I try.

Combining the two and maintaining your activity levels is not an easy thing, but those that are quite passionate about what goes on here will always try to chip stuff once in a while.
To be honest, it's not easy.
Scheduling posts helps. Like you pointed out, it takes extra effort to ease off the pressure attached to maintaining a good level of engagement.
Having a good levele of engagement helps alot to get known and build your profile on the space.
It's not easy but we'll do out best.
