RE: Leostrategy and null

I'm very new to all this and understand even less about LEO than I do about HIVE, so I'm wondering:

• If I don't have LEO, is there any value in voting on your posts?

• What do I need to do to buy / earn some LEO if I just onboarded through Ecency?

• As far as I understand, rewards for posts in HIVE are paid from inflation. Is this different with LEO? Because it sounds like there's a point in burning a portion of the rewards, but this would make the most sense if supply of LEO was capped and rewards would be paid from existing tokens, or am I getting this wrong?
