17k steps on a activ Saturday - My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2024

Hey dear actifitters and readers,

this is about my wonderful and active Saturday. I played beachvolleyball, cycled more than 20km and went to a volleyball match.

But let's begin at the sunny morning on my balcony.

You see the wonderful blue sky and my blossoming. I had a coffee in the sun and enjoyed life 😊

I started for an half hour ride on my bicycle at noon. I was heading to the beachvolleyball club to play some nice matches in the sun.

Unfortunately the weather got a bit worse. Sun was hidden behind some clouds.

But luckily no rain fell and we could play for three hours.

I had to cycle home totally exhausted 😅 and it was hard and felt like it took me ages to reach home.

But slow cycling let me take some pictures and let me enjoy the beginning spring with all the fresh green on the ground in the forest and on the fields.

At home I had half an hour to get a shower and have a snack.

The next 15 minute cycling followed. It was the last volleyball match of our local team in the first German volleyball league.

The hard core fans lit some firework outside the hall. The the introduction of the players followed.

The match was sold out and atmosphere was fantastic..

FT Freiburg played Herrsching. We watched the opponents playing in the cup finals last week. Our team had no chance against the strong playing away team.

They lost in three sets. All sets were interrupted by many challenges, so it wasn't a really nice match to watch.

And finally after the match was played some emotions came up again. It was time to say goodbye to three players ending their career after this season.

The day ended in a bar with all the crazy volleyball people around us.
