Beachvolleyball for the first time this year - My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2024
Hey dear actifitters and readers,
officially it's winter, but I went to play beachvolleyball 😎
It was short before midday when some friends asked for a beachvolleyball session in the afternoon.
I was working in the homeoffice and had a lot of doings. But.... 😅
We booked a slot at half past three and played for two hours.
It was a bit cold but sun made it better. Initially I thought I can do some work afterwards but was to exhausted and to lazy.
At least I made over 5k steps and additionally played two hours beachvolleyball 😊
