Weekly recap and some beers after the volleyball training - My Actifit Report Card: February 3 2024

Hey dear actifitters and readers,

here comes my weekend actifit report. I haven't published many reports this week. I've been very busy and found no to time or energy to post. 😕

This report is about my busy last weak. It started early on Monday. I had 6h on the highway to do some troubleshooting at a costumer.

The day started brilliant with some nice colours at the sky.
I made a stop at the companies headquarters for a meeting. And did the last three hours easily on the highway.

My parents living close to the costumer and I stopped by and stayed over night.

I cooked a nice dish for us. While cooking together we had enough time to talk about former times and recent developments.

I continued my trip on Tuesday morning to the next costumer and arrived in the evening at Günzburg.
I had a hotel in the city centre and went for dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Got up early again on Wednesday do a six hour appointment at the fourth costumer this week.

It was a hospital in a huge park with many buildings.

I had to visit six of them and made many many steps.

During the job the company called for another troubleshooting only two hours away.
It was half way home so I decided to drive home after the work was done. I did over. 10k steps that day but wasn't to exhausted to do a report.

Thursday and Friday I did mich office work with low activity despite a short walk.

And finally the active day yesterday which ended after a walk and the volleyball training with emptying this fridge. 😉
