From dawn till dusk - Icecream and foodsaving
Doing something good for me and for sustainability
Hello readers and actifitters, how was your Monday. My Monday was great I had some icecream 😋
I started the with day with a coffee at sunrise on my balcony. That's what I do almost every day in summer.
I went shopping and got caught by a post for the @ecency discord topic on my way home. I took some extra meters to get some icecream.

That's the 'doing something good for me' part of the day.
In the evening I rented a cargo bike and saved food from the supermarket.
I meet with two other guys and we saved some food.
Here you see the result. It wasn't as much as last time. Which is really good. It's better to get all the food sold by the supermarket instead of throwing it away or giving it away for free.
This was the 'doing something good for sustainability' part of the day.
When I came back home it was the perfect time to watch sunset from the other balcony.
After all I made over 12000 steps and don't feel guilty for having icecream 😉
