Three Games, Three Tracks - Pt. 16

Welcome to another jaw-dropping, mind-blowing installment of my Three Games, Three Tracks series. Indeed, these gifs are pretty satisfying to create and share. Perhaps long after I croak, these random creations will be playing infinitely, proving I indeed existed HA. Fragments and minutes of time, live on. Just a pretty cool feeling. Unless the internet turns off someday, which would be unfortunate. I really gotta hop on Hogwarts Legacy again, that game may be one of the most enjoyable games I've ever gotten to play. Chess has also been a great discovery and has become one of my favorites. Combining these just feels great. I know I've repeated myself in that regard in prior posts but I just love the simplicity.

I do love Hive. The community and tokens are great no doubt about it. But also in general, I like to say and do what I like for the most part, within reason of course. I enjoy ranting man, what can I say? I'm not a huge fan of being told what to do or following rules made by random people.

Sometimes I wonder why Hive is not more popular. I guess because many people just like to follow crowds or something. Their favorite YouTuber or celebrity didn't say Hive is cool, so it's not cool. Hive has potential to ACTUALLY help one another in the world. It's rather depressing and shocking other people don't see that when it's really as plain as day to me. Communities do have rules at times but, when in doubt you can always flock to your personal blog where you are mostly free. More free than any other social media place.

I guess I can't say nobody sees Hive's worth and massive potential. There is of course a solid core userbase here on Hive but, it's rather alarming and weird that many people would rather spam on X, or simply be obnoxious for attention rather than try and like, actually try Hive with it's massive potential of genuinely helping humanity. Hive is not perfect, but in comparison to literally anywhere else online, this place is amazing. Don't get me started on Facebook and what a joke that place has become. It's really not even worth mentioning. These social media founders and various influencers get rich off of randoms using it whereas at least on Hive you can get SOMETHING for your time here. I'll take something versus nothing.

Greed is wild man. I can't help but feel like Hive is suppressed in some form or fashion. I simply can't fathom why more people aren't here. No need for massive signup, no need to kiss anyone's butt.

At my one job, I had an interesting conversation about the idea of people in my generation being 'lazy' and I find that wild. Inflation and the worker productivity/wages ratio in the past fifty years would like to have a word with that lazy notion. I could dive deeper but that's a rant for another day, probably on my personal blog. Everyone should be ready and willing to work hard, but many many people get quite wealthy doing basically nothing and want to then preach that other people are lazy or something like this.

The other day I saw some politician here in America literally FALL ASLEEP at one of their meetings. That person likely gets paid six figures to simply yap. Look, I know the world is complicated and it needs it's yappers, and I myself am yapping! But all I'm trying to point out is that many people are super lazy and are super wealthy. So the notion that poor people are lazy doesn't compute to me. The math ain't mathing.

Anyway I know this is the chess community but oh well, I like to speak my mind sometimes. On to the music.

I actually have some pretty decent games here at least for my skill level LOL. Any win feels great to me! For the most part anyway.

Brevin Kim - CAROUSEL

This song is beautifully funky and addicting. Brevin Kim continues to impress me!!

This music is rather intense to some, fair warning.

$UICIDEBOY$ - Now and at the Hour of Our Death (Feat. Bones)

This collab is truly legendary and the video is straight up FLAMES!

Childish Gambino - The Real (Infinity Guitars)

This is such a classic, old Gambino is just a breath of fresh air I swear. Super clever wordplay!

My random video of the day is simple, wholesome content. A reaction video of British people reacting to Wal-Mart. Pretty hilarious in my opinion!

When in doubt, play some chess.

I'll try not to re-share music I've already posted in this series but if I do this series over years, which I very well could, I'll likely forget if I shared a song over time.

Background scenes created with ChatGPT. (Besides Hogwarts Legacy scene.)
