Blame that on the people that can't make sauce. lol.
For example: I like BBQ on a burger sometimes! Went to this fancy (Fancy for me anyway) restaurant, ordered a smokehouse burger with BBQ sauce on it. I'm stoked when it gets there! Looks Awesome! Take a bite, and that had to be the worst BBQ sauce I've ever had. It tasted like a stick of Big Red gum dissolved in some vinegar! Apparently, they make their sauce with Fireball "whisky"... 🤢
I don't know what genius thought that was a good idea, but, ever since then I always get the sauce on the side.
