Going through a serious Harry Potter fandom relapse... I regret nothing!

I could attempt to find some perfect deep words to explain my love for everything Harry Potter. But that would be both exhausting and probably impossible. This series is just pretty much flawless in my eyes.

This series is just like the epitome of fantasy. At an OVERALL level. There's maybe two other book series that I personally would put in that category. Maybe a couple others. I need to read more but still, just my opinion based on what I've read in my life.

I wish I had time to be a bigger book nerd. Maybe I can be and just write about it on my blog here, chapter by chapter. I have been thinking about it, I might just pull the trigger soon.

But yeah, Harry Potter is so special. I pretty much grew up with it. First book came out when I was 2, first movie when I was 6. First book I owned was actually #2 Chamber of Secrets. I used to look at the book on my bookshelf for years before finally reading it around like 11-13 years old.

Today I won't really be summarizing my entire history of my HP fandom though. I just want to share a few HP tidbits I guess.

First, since my Deathly Hallows copy was tragically missing I bought a pretty cheap paperback copy online and it's HERE. My collection is whole again and it feels SO GOOD. Surprisingly good, honestly.

Knowing I can just pick them up whenever and read them, is just so nice.

With both a Wizarding World movie AND a Hogwarts video game coming out in 2022, my excitement is just massive. This should be a memorable year. The new game is coming out likely during the NFL season. AMAZING. If the Titans win a Super Bowl in 2023, I would probably just die of happiness LOLOL.

I eluded to my excitement in my last post about all of this, but my excitement has just increased since that post.

I was watching fellow HP fans react to the Hogwarts: Legacy trailer on Youtube and, in time, I found a HP Youtube channel that has seriously SERIOUSLY sort of awakened the nerd in me like never before.

Now, I have watched some unboxing videos here and there before. Like tech unboxing, or my son will watch toys be unboxed. Pretty harmless entertainment. But I was never super into them.

Until now!

This Youtuber must be rich because he is subscribed to a BUNCH of different Harry Potter subscription merch boxes which I didn't even know was a thing! He opens countless various collectibles and just anything Harry Potter themed. Some videos and items are cooler than others, but I have found enjoyment out of all of them so far!

I don't know if it makes me weird, I honestly don't even care, but watching this guy open up the cool art or rare items all Harry Potter themed is just kind of a decent little thrill LOL.

I love seeing the older authentic HP items.

The items seem to be (and I could be wrong I'm still new to the channel) both movie and book items. But really, the movies did such a good job, that all the HP items, movies or books, seem to mesh together well if that makes sense.

Watching this channel makes me want my own HP collection. I only have like a handful of HP stuff, watching these videos is like a drug LOL.

That's what is magical about Harry Potter. I may not have the cool items like the guy in the video, but I do have the books and movies. As I watch these items be revealed, sure I wish I owned some of them, but I can always re-visit the HP universe and sort of re-live the story, and just appreciate the cool items, rather than be desperate to have them, if that makes ANY sense LOL.

One day it would be EPIC to have a sports memorabilia AND Harry Potter merch collection. That would be so cool. Goals!! I get the same rush from cards as I do this HP merch, fun stuff man!!!

This one gave me a little bit of card pack opening vibes for sure!!

Watching these videos are just so fun. The guy (I will get his name soon LOL) is so enthusiastic about collecting the items and he's got all of these beautiful variations of Harry Potter books with unique covers displaying behind him. Just awesome.

I'm going to binge watch a few more of these, I just wanted to share it into the interwebs universe, because why the hell not? LOL.

I kind of realize these videos basically double as commercials but I don't care! These are just fun.

I gotta look for some Harry Potter communities on Hive! Any fans out there just let me know or something. LOL!!
