Maui Orchid Sunset! 🌋🌋🌋🌅🌅🌅

Tonight's supercharged Sunset over Maui, Hawaii really didn't need these Orchid props to enhance the horizon, but I thought I could give it a try anyway. The past two weeks have had really exceptionally awesome sunsets around here, I almost wonder if it has to do with that violent underwater volcanic eruption in Tonga roughly two weeks ago.

Tonga is about 5000 KM from Hawaii, so it does seem unlikely that some of their volcanic ash has drifted this far to supercharge our sky, but it would be a good explanation for these super spectacular sunsets!

Beautiful pictures. The sun gives energy to the Earth, gives us life. In the same way, orchids fill with life-giving solar energy around them.

Cute pictures. Sure is a relaxing place, but maybe is the prelude to a natural disaster? Who knows :S

Yeah actually the Orchid fell right after I snapped that picture, and the Dragonfly garden ornament I was propping it up with stripped off all the flowers - lol that was the Natural Disaster you were sensing, very good!

Nah i doubt any real natural disasters happen at my place on Maui ever in my lifetime. The Volcano I live on is dormant, the Island chain floats North West on techtonic plates away from the "Hot Spot", we've passed the danger zone hundreds of years ago! Now all the eruptions are on the big island, the island south of me, and there is even a new island forming out there in the ocean.

I'm way up high in elevation so no Tsunami could reach me, My island should be safe for 30,000,000 years until it turns into an ATOL! lol

Cool, well at least that is true on theory. A nuclear misile can always hit and destroy everything xD

Yeah true, the chances of human error are way higher than any natural disaster happening around here.
