sport every day
Is a way to improve my health
In the past few years

After returning home

Because I ran for 1.5 hours
Although I run more slowly

But it still is a good tool

是我改善身体健康的一种方法
在过去的几年之间
我的身体
健康状态,忽然的急遽的下降
在听从朋友的劝说之下
我开始每天运动

我大都在晚上去运动
散步或跑步

今天晚上
我去附近的人行道
散步和运动

刚好有带跑步鳴叫器
回到家之后
看了下跑步鳴叫器的步数
共7619步
这个跑步鳴叫器不是太准
因为我跑步了1.5个小时
虽然我跑的比较慢
但跟随人行道的圈数
应该有1万多步才对
但也是个不错的工具
