My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2022

Happy Monday!

It's a brand new week!

Though it wasn't a great way to start a week because it was showering all day. I still manage to record movements from all the house chores and daily activities with the kids.

We are on our second week here in the countryside, meaning it's been two weeks since I missed my workout routine. I miss the sweat and the energy I get after every workout.

Once we return to the city, I'll be back to my normal schedule without a doubt.
