My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2022
It started raining at noon. Good thing I already had a good burn biking early in the morning. I did three laps around the village. Then I realized the step count of biking is less compared to walking. I barely made it to 5k after 40 minutes of pedaling. Should I put my watch tracker on my lower leg? Do you think it will work?😂 I'm just curious!
After biking around the village, I stopped over to the nearest bakery to buy fresh bread for breakfast.
My post-workout reward is the aroma of freshly baked pandesal.Though I limit myself to 2-3 pieces of bread per day.
