Everyone wants to be successful but also scared of failure,people do not want to fail or they do not want to be considered to be a failure .....
But what is failure??what is success??
The truth is bitter....the truth is that without failure there is no success,success itself is the ability to overcome failure....if failure does not exist then success will not be appreciated....
The reason why success is celebrated is because of the existence of failure in life...if there is no hunger,food becomes irrelevant...drinking water becomes more appreciated when you feel thirsty.....if there is no failure we will not appreciate success...
When you feel you have failed,you need to understand that you can overcome that failure and become successful,do not ever give up,successes comes from the best of failures,and the greatest success stories talks about great people who were able to overcome failure...they were able to overcome the failure because they did not give up,they kept pushing because they were determined to become successful....
Stand up!!!!wake up from that sadness,that depression,that ugly thoughts....you are a Victor!!!do not give up,you are a success and not a failure....you are a great person...no matter what anyone tell you,always remember that you are great and unique on your own way ,you are a star....believe in yourself...be hopeful,be determined,stay focused.....be good...

That is true dear, there are no recorded success, with no failure, and so if we truly want to succeed we should not be afraid to fail
That is because it is in those moments of failing that we will realize where it all went wrong, then we will get a clearer view on how to fix it
great successes were due to the fact that they overcame fear, even knowing that they had a great% of failure and it is interesting to see this type of success because when they achieve it the reward is really enormous, if you look at Elon Musk he was about to fail with Space X and he only had a budget left to launch one more rocket, at that point he had already compromised even part of Tesla, because we already know what happened next and where he is now!
There is no success without failure, this is obvious.
All you say are some contradictions that are related to each other, I do not consider them paradoxes. the first, the one analyzed is, for sure.
Cool. If you read the book David and Goliath by Malcolm Gladwell you'd learn extensively about what he called the advantages of disadvantages and the disadvantages of advantages. These things usually go hand in hand, failure in success and success in failure.
