I can fully remember the day we went travelling, seeing a bush dog as they popularly call it here, I am made to understand that there is still animals in the forest which we humans are yet to know, though after cooking the animal, it taste doesn't feel bad, much more like a normal animal, but was told to make sure we cook it that day because some of this animal, after a day, there taste changes and goes wrong. The best is to cook and prepare the same day you kill. That is not the same with other animals where you can season in the pot for days and it won't go wrong.

That reminds me of poaching, animals are being poached in this part of the world and endangered species are decreasing each day, we are seeing a decline of animals like tigers, leopard and lions in this part of Africa and I was told they truly exist before.
