ENERGY REFILL CONTEST - Round 03 - "No One Can Make You Feel Inferior Without Your Consent".

There are lots of time I do feel bad about myself, I guess it's because of my phlegmatic character and quiet introvert attitudes. It took me a long time to start shrugging off what many people say about me. I can only say I am still learning each and everyday.

Hay muchas veces que me siento mal conmigo mismo, supongo que es por mi carácter flemático y actitudes tranquilas e introvertidas. Me tomó mucho tiempo empezar a hacer caso omiso de lo que mucha gente dice de mí. Solo puedo decir que todavía estoy aprendiendo todos los días.

Everytime this kind of a thing happens, and after having the bad feelings come and go, I start to realise I shouldn't have let it get to me. I am more than that. My peace is my copyright. No one dares take it away from me.

Cada vez que sucede este tipo de cosas, y después de que los malos sentimientos van y vienen, empiezo a darme cuenta de que no debería haber dejado que me afectara. Yo soy mas que eso. Mi paz es mi copyright. Nadie se atreve a quitármelo.

Many people fall into this category, immediately things are said about them either before or behind them, they felt bad. So bad that you have to console them, some will cry, sob, disappointed, it takes a helping shoulder to help out. At the end of it all, we come to see that our happiness was ours all from the beginning, we only allowed others to steal it. People vow never to let the statement of others get to them, there heart do trick them along the way when it comes to trusting a friend or falling in love. The solution ? Be mindful of the friends you keep.

Muchas personas entran en esta categoría, inmediatamente se dicen cosas sobre ellos, ya sea antes o después, se sienten mal. Tan mal que tienes que consolarlos, algunos llorarán, sollozarán, se decepcionarán, se necesita un hombro para ayudar. Al final de todo, llegamos a ver que nuestra felicidad era nuestra desde el principio, solo permitimos que otros nos la robaran. Las personas juran que nunca dejarán que las declaraciones de los demás los afecten, su corazón los engaña en el camino cuando se trata de confiar en un amigo o enamorarse. La solución ? Sea consciente de los amigos que mantiene.

The above statement is very true, but many do find out late when they've descended deep into despair of what others have done to them. We all made the promise, truth is, we all failed.

There are ways to make sure some horrible negative friends talk and actions doesn't get to us.

• Always keep your head up.

Yes, I mean at all time,it's what I do too and it keeps me at high altitude, so high that if you throw the shit at me or try to shoot me down with backbiting, I am way up in the sky so high you can't catch me. My aura and charisma made sure of that.

• Keep positive friends

This is very important, you need to have them in good numbers, when you have good friends around, it will be easy to walk in good mental health always, the risk of anyone getting to you with bad energy will reduce, thereby giving you a healthy mental life.

• Be ready to forgive and forget

This is no joke, even the Holy Bible said 777 times, so you don't have a choice than to forgive your enemy and do it fast. Failure to easily forgive and forget leads to you having bad thoughts, which also implies they've got to you.

• Keep a merry heart

A merry heart keeps the mental life in good health. When you do this, your joy is exclusive to you, therefore, you're enjoying your life without letting anyone get to you because "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent".
