Wow, same thing 😄 Coconut always has a unique flavor that's addictive!
We usually make coconut bread with a mixture of fresh grated coconut and sugar, adding a little salt for a more balanced flavor. It smells delicious while still warm, especially when eaten with coffee ☕️
