Today was half baked. I didn't feel great, though not too bad, either. The cleaning lady came by in the morning, so I took advantage and organized my flat do she could clean properly. My order is very specific, and she usually doesn't know what goes where, leading to more chaos if I don't do that part first.

I made some progress on my WhatsApp VBA command and started writing the data base. By hand. At least Gemini doesn't know how to export a broadcast list with name and numbers, and knowing the big tech companies, they do not want that to be easy. Especially now that they started charging for parts of their broadcast system. So, number by number, name by name. I did 25% of the first list today. It'll take a long time...

Though I wasn't at my best, I decided to go to Tang Soo Do anyway. Not to participate, but to accompany Kami. It's barefoot in a cold room, so not the best idea when having a cold. And I was super tired already, too.

Today was also the first time I dared to have my second baker (not the master, but the second in line) do an experiment, reducing the amount of added yeast, and adding 50% more sourdough mix. Since we moved to the new location, the sourdough is growing stronger and stronger, allowing for even more natural fermentation processes. And the taste is just awesome.

Sourdough bread is excellent as even people who are gluten intolerant can digest it because of the fermentation process.
