Today I’m feeling honestly so excited, almost like a little kid who just discovered something new. I was getting ready, looking at myself in the mirror like any other morning, and suddenly I noticed it—my abs are finally starting to show. It’s just a small change, but for me it feels huge. All those mornings waking up early, all those days going to the gym even when I was tired, and all the effort with my meals… it’s finally paying off.

Seeing even a tiny definition on my abdomen gives me so much motivation. It reminds me that progress doesn’t always happen fast, but it does happen when you stay consistent. I’m proud of myself, not just for the physical change, but for the discipline behind it. That’s what matters the most.

Hoy me siento sinceramente muy emocionada, casi como una niña que descubre algo nuevo. Estaba arreglándome, viéndome al espejo como cualquier mañana, y de pronto lo noté… ya se me empiezan a marcar los cuadritos en el abdomen. Es un cambio pequeño, pero para mí significa muchísimo. Todas esas mañanas despertando temprano, todos esos días yendo al gym aunque estuviera cansada, y todo el esfuerzo con mi alimentación… por fin está dando resultados.

Ver aunque sea un poquito de definición en mi abdomen me llena de motivación. Me recuerda que el progreso no siempre es rápido, pero sí llega cuando una es constante. Estoy orgullosa de mí, no solo por el cambio físico, sino por la disciplina que hay detrás. Eso es lo que más cuenta.
