My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2023

I went to work yesterday but had no fieldwork so I was in the office the whole morning. I felt like I'm having an Asthma Attack and felt so weak so I decided to file for a half-day leave. I went to the clinic and I think that was around 1 PM. My sister-in-law who is a doctor advised me to take some meds.

In the afternoon I had a fever so I took paracetamol and fell asleep. I woke up around 7, had dinner and again I fell asleep after a couple of minutes.
