My Actifit Report Card: November 20 2022

I woke up around 5:30 yesterday so we could go to the beach and swim. The water and weather were calm.

We stopped swimming around 7 'coz it was time for breakfast.

After eating we roam around the place. I hope we could go back there again and stay a bit longer.

Around 9 we went back to my wife's family house. I washed those clothes we used for swimming.

At 2 o'clock we had a meeting. And after the meeting, my wife and I walked and eat snack.
