My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2022

I was kinda busy yesterday. I had an appointment at 9 am then I collected the clothes when I arrived home. And after eating lunch, I prepared for our meeting at 2 o'clock.

The meeting ended at 4. We went home. I cleaned the backyard. When I was about to go to my brother's house for dinner. I checked on my phone and noticed my actifit wasn't open. 😀

Then heavy rain fell that caused a flood inside the house. I started pumping the water out and that helped me reach 5k.
