The Severe Tropical Storm is out of the country now, and the flood is much lesser now.

I didn't go to work today because of the flood. For most of the time, I pumped the water out of the house. I also went to 2 construction supply stores, I looked for something that I could use for my brother's pump but the stores were closed.

I went to my brother's house and asked if he has a tie wire. I used it to lock the hose into the pump. I used 2 pumps and that made it quicker for me to finish pumping.

I hope we'll have a better sleep tonight.
