My Actifit Report Card: December 16 2021

What a day it was.

I have my usual walking including two dog walks and school run.

We also have a short walk to the center to buy a few things and enjoy our self's with coffee and something sweet. It made morning so much more enjoyable.

Other than that I was kind of tired whole day, but it is kind of normalną with my health condition.

Can anyone tell me what maximizer atif setting changes?
