My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2023
Hi to all my actifiters friends around the world,how are you doing today? I am hoping that you are all healthy and fine.
Today still doing daily routine put both my wife and my son in school. After that i feels hubgry and need some breakfast so i decided to eat first called "Pecel" in Indonesia. After done breakfast i am back home and waiting around 45 minutes in order to my food goes down first,then i am doing morning walk. After that as usual doing house chores.
No need wait a long time it is time to pick up my son. After that we are going to McD to eat lunch together.after lunch my son wants to play in playground so i just take a picture of him and waiting him until satisfied
After that we are going back at home, just chilling at my room and turn on teh Air conditioner. Today is very very hot. The temperatures hit 42 degree celcius today. Even using AC is not to much affect.
At 5 p.m. my wife want to be picked up, so we are going to pick her up. And then we are going home, take a shower and then same just chillin at room, eating dinner, talking to each other until time to sleep. Seriously today is very hot
Even in the night in room temperature it is still hot. From google said it is 28 degree but it feels like above 30 degree celcius right now.
