My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2023
Hi to all my actifiters friends around the world, how are you doing today? I am hoping that you are all healthy and fine.
Today i want to share my activity.
As usual almost same for everyday in every week. In the morning preparing for gping to school. Making breakfast,helping take a shower,changing clothes etc. After putting them in school, i am returned to home and doing morning walk. After absent for whole full week. Dang, today i am very tired. The stamina has drained so fast today. It is very good that i am decided to do walking again today. After done morning walk i am still continue trying colouring my cement coaster. Today the colour is light green. After that i am picking up my boy. But, i came to early, so i am decided to order a coffe milk in road stall while waiting my son came out. While waiting zipping coffe and vaporing is the best time i think.
And as usual preparing lunch. After done, that is what different my whole house lamp is broken so i need to change them all. What a day. After come back bright. I just accompany my son playing toys and enjoying moment with him. After that i am picking up my wife and as usual take a shower, playing games and eating dinner. Maybe in the night i will just scrolling social media to looking what happen lately.
