My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2023

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the world,how are you today? I am hoping that you are all healthy and fine.
Today i want to share my activity.
Same as yesterday in the morning i am helping my son to prepare to go to school. After put my wife and my son to school i am back home. After arrived i am not doing morning walk, i am working due i am having new order and need to be done fast by the deadline in froday this week. So i am working all day. Not to forget i need to pick up my son in 11 a.m them we lunch together and today i cannot accompany my son. He is playing phone today, i need to continuing working. After done in 4 p.m i am done working and then i am playing with my son while waiting time to pick up my wife. After picking my wife from work then we trapped in the traffic jam and need 1,5 hours to get home.after arrived before i am having dinner i want to testing my blood sugar, i need to know that i am having pre diabetic or not. So i have test it myself

And thanks God,my blood sugar is normal. But yes i need still do more activity to prevent something bad like hypertention or diabetic.
I am hoping that you are all still healthy guys.
