1️⃣ What is the lesson or knowledge you learned this year that benefited you as a lady?
The first lesson remains that God is my main support. Second, that family is important in the good times and the not so good times, and third, the friendships that remain are the best and true ones. For some people it is not important to believe in someone or something unseen but respecting the beliefs of others, for me it is vital to have faith in God.
There are people who ask me what is the point of going to the gym, dance therapy and jogging if I am going to get old anyway. My answer is the same as always. I know I am old but as long as I can, I make time for the sedentary lifestyle that brings me ailments, in conclusion I stay active for my health. This is also part of learning, sometimes we do not value as it should be the body that is our temple.
The body is our home, if we neglect the maintenance, over time the structure deteriorates and falls.

1️⃣ ¿Cuál es la lección o conocimiento que aprendiste este año que te benefició como dama?
La primera lección sigue siendo que Dios es mi principal soporte. Segundo, que la familia es importante en los buenos momentos y los que no son tanto.Tercero, las amistades que permanecen son las mejores y verdaderas. Para algunas personas no es importante creer en alguien o algo que no se ve pero respetando las creencias de los demás, para mí es vital tener fé en Dios.
Hay personas que me preguntan qué cuál es el motivo de ir al gimnasio, a la bailoterapia y trotar si igual me voy a poner vieja. Mi respuesta es la de siempre. Sé que vieja estoy pero mientras pueda le gano tiempo al sedentarismo que consigo trae las dolencias, en conclusión me mantengo activa por salud. Esto también es parte del aprendizaje, a veces no valoramos como debe ser el cuerpo que es nuestro templo.
El cuerpo es nuestra casa, si descuidamos el mantenimiento, con el tiempo la estructura se deteriora y cae.
2️⃣ What would you do differently or start doing for yourself next year?
Life will always put us in an open classroom and give us a technical touch to repeat the lesson; this way we can see if there really was significant learning.
For now, for the first two months of this year I should have the property of my apartment, which was one of the reasons for the power down. I still have to do the waterproofing to stop the leakage. These are two important aspects that would give me greater peace of mind.
Health continues to be a priority in my life, that is a constant in my mind; that is why I try to solve or eradicate what worries me, what can take away my peace. In general, I do not usually think about anything at the beginning of the year, I do it as situations arise over the course of time.

2️⃣ ¿Qué harías diferente o empezarías a hacer por ti el año que viene?
La vida siempre nos pondrá en un aula abierta y nos dará un toque técnico para repetir la lección; de esta menra podemos constatar si realmente hubo un aprendizaje significativo.
Por ahora, para el primer bimestre de este año debo tener la propiedad de mi apartamento por lo cual fue uno de los motivos del power down. Me queda pendiente la impermeabilización para detener la filtración. Son dos aspectos importantes que me darían una mayor tranquilidad.
La salud sigue siendo una prioridad en mi vida, esa es una constante en mi mente; por eso intento solucionar o erradicar lo que me inquieta, lo que puede restarme paz. Por lo general, no acostumbro a pensar nada a inicios de año, lo hago a medida que surgen situaciones en el transcurso del tiempo.
