牛肉腌制是关键
1.把牛肉洗净切成片,放到大碗里,加两勺生抽一勺老抽,再加入孜然粉白胡椒粉和辣椒粉,倒入适量雪碧,下手抓揉使牛肉能够吃透调料,再放适量盐和淀粉,继续倒些雪碧继续抓揉,最后倒入食用油,使其锁住水分
2.炒锅加入油加热,放入切好的洋葱,大火翻炒,倒入腌制好的牛肉快速大火翻炒,最后倒入适量耗油,这样就做好了
