Sustainable practices are essential to internalize if we intend to survive as a species, since the rate of destruction of the environment to satisfy current consumerism is leading to such a deterioration that it is already close to being irreversible so that we as humanity can continue coming, calm and in peace. a healthy environment.

Among the sustainable practices that we can do we have:

ENERGY SAVING

This is one of the fundamental ones since to obtain the energy we need, to move a car, manufacturing, use the computer, etc. We have to burn fossil hydrocarbons that generate pollution and increase the greenhouse effect since, unfortunately, even renewable energies. It does not have as high an energy efficiency as oil, and although electrical energy is a good option to produce energy, it also produces damage by having to flood forested areas to be able to build even more dams, which eliminates even more plant lungs ( forests, jungles, etc.) and other energies such as solar and wind, need to use energy that many of them are not clean and also come from burning fossil fuels.

So we do help the environment by reducing energy use by turning off lights that we do not use and adding energy-saving light bulbs.

RECYCLING

Another action that is in our hands is recycling, that is, learning to separate garbage so that it can be processed appropriately according to the type of material.

Thus, by recycling, the need to exploit the earth's resources to produce more and more each time decreases and thus the energy spent on this type of products is used even more and thus by reducing the rate of exploitation of the earth's resources.

An important aspect is to teach the new generations these and other actions to take care of the environment, and here I indicate the thoughts on this aspect discussed by my 9-year-old daughter, on sustainable practices.

Hello, my name is Geraldine and I am 9 years old, I help take care of the planet;

1. saving light, turning off when not in use,
2. I save water when I don't use it, making sure that all the faucets are closed.
3. I use paper, cardboard, foam and any other material that has already been cut or used to save paper and materials.
4. I don't throw garbage on the street, I throw it in the trash can so as not to harm the planet.+, trying to look for recycling bins so that these materials that can be reused are used.

We must take care of the planet, we must not harm it because the planet is our home and if we do not take care of it we harm ourselves, without knowing it, because by throwing garbage into the water or rivers, lakes, etc. The water in the rivers becomes dirty and we drink that water. This is one of the bad things we do to the planet.
I couldn't write the stories and other things because I was sick but I recovered.

If we educate our children about what it means to take care of the environment and give the child responsibility for turning off the lights that we do not use or learning to recycle.

Las practicas sustentables son fundamentales internalizarlas si pretendemos sobrevivir como especie, ya que al ritmo de destrucción del ambiente para satisfacer el consumismo actual esta llevando a un deterioro tal que ya se acerca a ser irreversible para que podamos seguir viniendo nosotros como humanidad, tranquilos y en un ambiente sano.

Entre las practicas sustentables que podemos hacer tenemos.

AHORRO DE ENERGIA

Esta es una de las fundamentales ya que para obtener la energía que necesitamos, para mover un carro, una fabrica, usar la computadora, etc. Tenemos que quemar hidrocarburos fósiles que generan contaminación y aumentan el efecto invernadero ya que lamentablemente, aun las energías renovables no tiene una eficiencia energética tan alta como el petróleo, y aunque la energía eléctrica es una opción buena para producir energía, eta también produce dalos al tener que inundar zonas boscosas para poder construir aun mas represas, lo que va eliminando aun mas pulmones vegetales (bosques, selvas, etc.) y otra energías como la solar y eólica, necesitan usar energía que muchas de ellas no es limpia y proviene también de quemar combustibles fosiles.

Asi que si ayudamos al ambiente al reducir el uso de energía la apagar luces que no usemos y le colocamos bombillos ahorradores.

RECICLAJE

Otra acción que esta en nuestras manos es el reciclaje, es decir, aprender a separar la basura para que pueda ser procesada adecuadamente según el tipo de material.

Así al reciclar, disminuye la necesidad de explotar los recursos de la tierra para producir mas y mas cada vez y así la energía gastada en este tipo de productos es aprovechada aun mas y así al disminuir el ritmo de explotación de los recursos de la tierra.

Un aspecto importante es enseñarle a las nuevas generaciones estos y otras acciones para cuidar el ambiente, y aqui les indico el pensamiento sobre este aspecto tratado de mi hija de 9 años, sobre las practicas sustentables.

Hola mi nombre es : Geraldine y tengo 9 años, yo ayudo a cuidar al planeta;

1. ahorrando la luz, apagando cuando no la utilizo,
2. ahorro el agua cuando no la utilizo, cuidando que esten cerradas todas las llaves
3. Utilizo el papel, cartulina, el foami y cualquier otro material que ya se haya recortado o utilizada para ahorra papel y materiales.
   4.no boto basura en la calle la boto en el pote de basura para no hacer daño al planeta.+, tratando de buscar potes de reciclaje para que estos materiales que puedan reutilizarse se usen.

moraleja
Debemos cuidar el planeta no le debemos hacer daño porque el planeta es nuestro hogar y si no lo cuidamos nos perjudicamos a nosotros, sin saberlo, porque al tirar basura al agua o a los ríos, lagos etc. Se pone sucia el agua de los ríos y esa agua nosotros la tomamos. Esto es una de las cosas malas que le hacemos al planeta.

No pude escribir los cuentos y las otras cosas porque estaba enferma pero ya me recupere.

Si educamos a nuestros hijos sobre que es cuidar el ambiente y dar responsabilidades al niño de que se encargue de apagar las luces que no usamos o aprenda a reciclar

Asi poco a poco podemos formar a las nuevas generaciones para que sean parte de las soluciones y no el problema.
