My Actifit Report Card: September 12 2023


hey hayy actifit lover how are you today? I'm glad you have started to decide to exercise, thank you friends who have replayed my writing, many have read my writing and they have started exercising. Thank you all, you made a great decision this time.

Today is the toughest day for everyone who does gym sports, you definitely know why it's the toughest day, because today's training is training the leg muscles. Wow, it's really hard today, all the thigh and calf muscles are very sore, like they're going to break after finishing leg training. But leg training is important for those of you who have a larger body weight, like me, training your legs can support us to support a larger body weight. Before I trained my legs, my legs often hurt every day because my legs were smaller than my body weight. Currently I do leg training twice a week. My legs no longer hurt easily because they support a larger body.

If you have a body that is overweight, you should train your leg muscles from now on, because if we are over 50 years old, the muscles will shrink very quickly, we don't all want that after the age of 60 and over all the joints and muscles hurt. The most common disease suffered is rheumatism. To overcome this, we have to exercise frequently in the leg muscles.

This leg muscle training is using the sumo squat technique. You often see sumo wrestlers competing, right? The technique, which is carried out with the legs spread out, functions to train the inner thigh muscles. good for women and men because it increases fertility and fitness, training the thigh muscles is also good for increasing the testosterone hormone in men.

There are many benefits that you will get if you exercise regularly every day. Starting from; maintain a healthy body, lose weight, maintain muscles and bones, make you happy, eliminate feelings of stress, and help prevent pain.

For this reason, it is not surprising that many people are exercising to keep their bodies healthy. Maybe you are one of them? So, for those of you who want to get a healthy body, come on, do squats.

There are several benefits you will get if you do squats regularly, for example: Strengthens core muscles, Prevents risk of injury, Burn body calories, Maintain joint health, Facilitates digestion, Increase flexibility, Improve body posture, Maintain heart and lung health.

After training the leg muscles with the sumo squat technique, I continued by training the back arm muscles which are usually called the triceps. Tricep muscle training is very important for you to shape your upper body, as is training your chest muscles. Training your arm muscles is also very important to show off your muscles if you wear tight clothing. Hand muscles also function to lift heavy objects or push heavy objects. If you often train your hand muscles, you will definitely feel lighter when lifting heavy objects in everyday life.
