Titans got destroyed last week vs Colts - Chargers come to town this afternoon
It has been one of the most exhausting weeks of the year for me personally. Nothing bad but just really busy non-stop. Anyway though, the weekend is here and I get to enjoy some football! Although these weekends aren't usually met with much joy from my Titans, it's still nice enough to see a possible miracle and maybe some actual progress. Also nice to see all the games in general.
Last week the Titans gave up 30+ points for the second week in a row to finish out October against the Colts. It was nearly 40 points actually. Ugh. Well the Colts are now 7-1 and have established themselves as legit contenders. So when you look at it that way, I guess the loss isn't too bad. I guess. LOL. It's crazy to me just how much the Daniel Jones addition to the Colts reminds me of Ryan Tannehill when he joined the Titans. Jones and Tannehill both even wear #17.
Yeah, today the Titans face a team of a similar skill level in the Los Angeles Chargers. The Chargers are 5-3 and this year's team has the potential to be the best Chargers team in the Justin Herbert era.
So all in all it's not looking good for the Titans today. It would be great to see a win but meh, it's unlikely. The team not only feels bad but they seem just completely demoralized in every sense. Still, the nostalgia and fandom lives strong within me and seeing the squad suit up and go to battle is still exciting. Cam Ward hasn't been too terrible much, but he's had some bad moments and pretty much zero good ones. He's had singular decent passes but nothing remotely consistent. WR and return specialist Chimere Dike has looked really good as a rookie, and rookie TE Gunnar Helm looks like he's got great potential as well.
Halloween has now passed, and we're about to be more than 50 percent through the season. Crazy how time flies. This season has felt fast but maybe it's mostly because the Titans stink LOL. I gotta start buying Christmas presents ASAP.

It would be nice to get a few more wins here and NOT go 1-16. Who knows. At least another team of mine is looking good!

Fair enough, it's always a good idea to rest. I've caught up on a lot of sleep this weekend and I definitely feel pretty recharged. I hope you feel similarly!
