The long season is what I love. March to October. A real marathon! Life can move too fast, and most sports I like are fast paced so baseball is a great change of pace for me. Yeah that Dodgers game was nuts, I couldn't believe it!

Well that is good that it appeals to a lot of people, it also keep ticket prices lower because of all the games. A

s far as high scoring games are concerned I was once at a minor league game and the home team was down by 12 runs in the top of the 9th, the other team didn't seem to be trying very hard because it was over, right? The just breezed through their batting side in their part of the 9th and didn't even seem to be trying.

Well a lot of the fans left the game early, like around the 7th or 8th but I was a teenager and wasn't really there for the game, I was there to socialize with the ladies haha.

Well in the bottom of the 9th the home team scored 13 runs and won the game. It remains the most exciting baseball game I have ever attended, even though it was minor league.

That's a wonderful story! Sounds like a classic evening definitely what baseball is all about in many ways, no actual time limit in baseball haha. Thanks a lot for sharing that! Minor league games are solid fun, I can't wait to take my son to a few games this summer.

I think I prefer minor league games mostly because the ripoff factor on concessions are much lower. Also it gives people in smaller cities something to get excited about because the population requirements for a minor-league teams are much lower than MLB.

I love going to actual live baseball games because like you hinted at, it is a much more relaxed experience. You can hang out, talk with friends, get some hot dogs, and just kind of pay attention and still know what is going on. Other things like basketball and football or whatever really, doesn't have this laid-back appeal to me.

Yeah I see your point there, definitely super affordable and if you do happen to have a few extra bucks at the time, you can definitely have a proper good time. Absolutely, the relaxation factor is wonderful with baseball! See some future MLB stars, maybe some fireworks, carnival-ish games for the kids. Truly a solid professional sports experience and if you're in the right area you could potentially be in the vicinity of A, AA, or even AAA clubs so you could sorta pick and choose whichever stadium you prefer I suppose.

I am pumped for this summer!
