I really think it can be considered a meme. Although I've seen people posting from Actifit with no Meme, and they have never been penalized for it. Maybe because MemeHive and Actifit may have a partnership. MemeHive is partnered with many Hive projects, including Pepetoken, LOLZ, and Fun, for example. If I was into Actifit, however, I don't think i would ever post that to Meme. Although I don't care either way, if people do it.
