WHOOPS I was busy and thought the Phillies started later. Sooooo annoying. I normally write these rather late but yeah, still a bit annoying. The way I see it, I don't exactly cover my teams like I'm on timed mission all the time. I just write for fun, to cover them mostly in a somewhat timely fashion and yeah just to share my thoughts on how the team is doing.

So yeah, yesterday the Phillies got absolutely SHUTOUT 6-0. Really unfortunate and at this point really embarrassing as well. If the Phillies somehow blow their lead in the N.L. East I will be seriously upset, that would be super embarrassing on so many levels. They had a chance to really stretch their lead or at least keep them at very much arm's length but pretty much the worse case scenario happened. The Mets are now only four games back with four more games against the Phils!!! Doesn't take a math wiz to understand how not good that is.... This is just absurd to me. I don't even know what to make of this. Just looking like the early stages of a meltdown. I don't want to panic YET but I'm very close. Four games isn't nothing so we'll see how this plays out.

The Braves are already taking a lead as I type..... Aaron Nola is getting booed. The Brave don't have hopes for the playoffs, but I'm sure the Braves would enjoy causing some stress and pain vs the rival Phillies.

After not scoring a ton recently, it is still on the offense a bit to score SOMETHING.

I'll save more energy for tomorrow. Mets face the Marlins later....
