The Phillies may have lost the Giants series but they avoided the sweep in a BIG way by destroying the Giants 13-0! I mentioned how Bryce Harper had an epic day in my post description with his four extra base hits, three doubles and a homer, but the whole team was firing on all cylinders on Wednesday! 10 different Phillies recorded at least a single RBI and as a team they recorded 17 hits. Jesús Luzardo was flawless on the mound, lasting seven innings!

It was really nice to see Bryce Harper have a big game finally! The guy is really one of if not the biggest anchor on the team in my opinion.

But yeah, the Phillies had an off day and I'm glad to see them back in action tonight. This is their final series before the All-Star break and I'm gonna miss watching them play, but the All-Star festivities should be fun.

Ranger Suárez takes the hill out in California vs the Padres! Let's finish this half of the season strong!
