Kyke Schwarber Homers Three Times AGAIN in Phillies comeback victory in Toronto
Despite Tyler Phillips not even lasting a single inning last night and allowing six runs, the Phillies would not go down that easily. It took all nine innings but the Phillies ended up completing the comeback.
The entire game was like a movie and the star of the movie was Kyle freaking Schwarber. The power hitter was playing pretty meh baseball recently but you just knew he was due for a big game and man, he showed up big time.
He had ANOTHER three home run game and drove in six of the Phillies ten runs. In the ninth when the Phillies were down a run, he smashed his third homer to give the Phillies a two run lead.
Between the Blue Jays and Phillies there were 34 hits and 19 runs scored, just an incredible offensive display on both sides.
Today the Phillies finish up the two game series in Toronto and Schwarber just hit ANOTHER home run. Unbelievable.
