Video games have changed the world so much that they have even been the subject of movies, at some point there were stores where you could go and buy tokens to play and meet with friends, and also came the first consoles, including the famous Atari, Nintendo, XBOX and playstation, all or some of them with portable versions, now with Android there is the possibility to download games and enjoy them from the cell phone or tablet, so the video games are something so common and famous today that even a day enjoy, every August 29 is celebrated the World Day of the Video Game, also known as the Day of the Gamer.

I imagine the face of astonishment of some of you when I discovered the existence of this celebration, but as you read, today is celebrated the world video game day, this celebration was created in 2008, the initiative was the idea of several magazines whose theme are these addictive games.

Los videojuegos cambiaron tanto al mundo que hasta motivo de películas han sido, en algún momento existieron las tiendas donde se podía ir y comprar fichas para jugar y reunirse con amigos, así también llegaron las primeras consolas, entre ellas el famoso Atari, el Nintendo, XBOX y el playstation, todos o algunos de ellos con versiones portables, ahora con Android existe la posibilidad de descargar juegos y disfrutar de ellos desde el celular o tabla, así los videos juegos son algo tan común y famoso hoy en día que hasta de un día disfrutan, todos los 29 de agosto se celebra el Dia Mundial del Videojuego, también conocido con el Día del Gamer.

Me imagino la cara de asombro de algunos de ustedes la descubrí de la existencia de esta celebración, pero así como leen, hoy se celebra el día mundial del videojuego, esta celebración fue creada en el año 2008, la iniciativa fue idea de diversas revistas cuya temática son estos adictivos juegos.

Actualmente, hay países que reúnen un gran número de gamers, pero si hacemos un poco de memoria en algún momento, a los fans de los videojuegos hasta hace poco se les veía como unos fenómenos y la verdad hay que admitir, que los adictos a los videojuegos muchas veces se aíslan de la realidad y luego no saben ni cómo tratar a otros, pero eso es tema para otra publicación.

Aquí el tema es, que hoy en día, es muy raro que algún joven, niño o hasta adulto no tenga una consola o una buena pc, para jugar online junto a otros jugadores, ya que actualmente esto se ha convertido hasta en una cultura y forma de vida, en torno a la cual hay un gran mercado, para todos los gustos, páginas web y venta de equipos y accesorios, incluso la famosa red de mensajería que tanto usamos en #Hive, Discord originalmente fue creada para ser usada por gamers.

Hoy en día, se reconoce que, aunque no todo es bueno en el mundo gammer, también se ha descubierto y reconocido que mediante los videos juegos es posible la relación con otros, y desarrollar la creatividad. Yo misma, he jugado muchos juegos en línea, la mayoría de estrategia, lamentablemente el tema tiempo y el espacio en mi celular ya no me lo permiten, pero hice amistades en España y Argentina, con los cuales pasé muy buenos y gratos momentos.

No puedo dejar de mencionar parte de la filmografía que se ha originado partir del mundo de los videojuegos, ente ellas las siguientes:
