My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2026

Today I walked much more than in the past few days, and I am sharing the details with you. In fact, today I walked the most I have in the last two months. The main reason is that I went to our district today, had a lot of work to do there, and had to move from one place to another.
Moving around district cities by car is very difficult. In the context of Bangladesh, traffic congestion often makes it almost impossible to travel easily by car, so walking becomes the only option to reach different places. This is why I ended up walking so much today.
I walked to many places today, which required a lot of physical effort. As a result, my body feels a little tired right now, but this kind of physical activity is actually very beneficial for health. If someone can walk regularly like this, their physical fitness will improve significantly.
