150 DEGREES THAT'S HOT! 😅.................... Actifit Report Card: May 15 2023

One hundred and fifty degrees Fahrenheit, that’s HOT!🥵
No this wasn’t today’s temperature outside Lol!😇
Outside it was a cool 91 degrees!😅
Silvertop’s home is similar to the Prius car, we are mostly solar powered.
I keep my 220 volt well pump on grid, and also my hot water heat pump that runs at night.
Early this morning Silvertop was awakened by a sound that wasn’t quite right…………🤔
It’s strange how you hear something running every day, and you “tune” out the sound!!!
Liz and Silvertop have a wonderful Grandfather clock, that we bought for each other, years ago. It chimes every fifteen minutes, yet we rarely hear it anymore………
That’s how our hot water heat pump is…………
It’s like a fan running in the mud room, until it’s not!😮
6 AM…………
Hmmm, that sounds odd!🤔
Silvertop stumbled into the mud room…..
This hot water heat pump shuts off at 125 degrees Fahrenheit.
The display read 150 degrees!😳
The electronics are extremely sensitive to power surges!
I shut the pump down, and went back to bed. By 8AM the water temperature was down to 132 degrees still too hot!
After our showers it had cooled down to less than 100 degrees and I plugged the pump back in………
“Liz everything’s OK now, we must have had a power surge!😮
Well that was a stressful morning Lol!😅
After we were sure everything was working OK, we jumped in Liz’s car for another trip to Home Depot……
They had mixed the siding Stain/paint wrong, and last night we discovered the trim paint was also mixed incorrectly!🤔
At the store they told us that their computer listed multiple varieties of that same color!
The associate picked one variety for the 8 Oz sample can, and a different variety for our first gallon, for both the siding and the trim paint!😳
Hmmm…………..
Back home it was still over 90 degrees outside !🥵
Cot was letting the A/C blow cold air through his fur!😻
He slowly came over to the new gallon of trim paint, as if to say………….
“Dad, let’s check this out, Home Depot might have messed this color up too!”🙀
Your right Cot, let’s see if Mom wants to paint for a while, and she can tell us if it’s the right color!😇
“Liz I think I need some down time for the rest of the evening Lol!🥰
